Rupiece services are delivered online through your account and trading workspace.
Account delivery
After a verified online payment, your challenge details are added to your account. Manual payment references remain in a review queue until an administrator verifies them.
Access
Use the email address you registered with to sign in. Competition credentials, when applicable, are shown in the dashboard and may also be sent by email.
Technical issues
If your access is delayed or an account detail is missing, contact support with your registered email and order ID. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents by email.
